Sol is a Winnipeg-based Asian fusion and gluten-free focused project founded by chefs Ovie Lawrenchuk and Samuel Cadelina in 2023.

What began as a gluten-free food truck quickly expanded into two Winnipeg restaurant locations– 940 Vimy road in the Crestview area, and 1341 Pembina highway in Fort Gary (the Assiniboine Memorial, and Pembina Curling Clubs).
